WeGoLook
Brand identity and product design for an on-demand inspection platform connecting businesses with a global workforce of 45,000+ professionals. Built to validate information, reduce risk, and replace uncertainty with ground truth.
Businesses were making high-stakes decisions about insurance claims, vehicle purchases, and property assessments based on information they could not verify. Technology had made it possible to transact with anyone, anywhere, but it had not solved the trust problem. WeGoLook needed a brand and product that made sending someone to inspect an asset as simple as placing an order.
Designed the brand identity and visual system for a platform operating at gig-economy scale with enterprise-level clients. The brand had to speak to three distinct audiences simultaneously: businesses buying inspections, consumers expecting confidence, and gig workers being recruited as Lookers. One identity, three different reasons to trust it.
Designed the platform experience across three service tiers: Standard Looks, Self-Service Looks, and Custom Solutions. Each served different users, workflows, and expectations. Simple enough for a consumer buying a used car. Robust enough for an insurance carrier running thousands of inspections a month. Flexible enough to extend into virtually any industry.
WeGoLook operates with more than 45,000 professionals available on demand across virtually any geography and at any time. The product design needed to support that scale without feeling complex. It also needed to make the depth of Crawford's network feel like a competitive advantage rather than operational overhead.
A platform recognized by Forbes as genuine innovation within the insurance industry. WeGoLook became one of the world's largest sharing economy inspection platforms — and the on-demand backbone powering YouGoLook's assisted self-service model.
