Public Strategies
Design systems, operational infrastructure, and enterprise UX for a marketing and communications organization managing 20+ brands simultaneously. Built to scale, built to last.
Led the creative direction for the full brand identity. The logo holds two ideas in tension: a film reel that acknowledges the tradition the studio is entering, and a forward arrow that makes the direction unmistakable. Sleek, tech-forward execution throughout.
Migrated the organization to Figma and built shared component libraries from the ground up. Tokens, prototypes, and documentation that let six designers execute across twenty brands without breaking consistency. Collaboration between design and development teams went from ad hoc to structured. Design became the baseline, not the bottleneck.
Implemented Jira as the central project management system for the marketing and communications division. Assisted in the structures, workflows, and intake processes from scratch. Project managers, designers, and marketing leads all operating inside the same framework. Full visibility across hundreds of concurrent projects, with accountability built into every step.
Deployed Brandfolder DAM company-wide. Established metadata structures, version control policies, and training that replaced scattered drives with a single source of truth. Finding assets stopped being a project in itself. Brand consistency improved across every channel.
Oversaw UI/UX design for enterprise websites and technology systems across the full brand portfolio. Set standards for accessibility, usability, and visual consistency that applied across every brand in print, web, and digital. Work recognized with seven ADDY Awards for creative direction and digital innovation.
Built a design operation that could scale. Led six designers delivering across 20 brands and programs simultaneously. Grew from Product Designer Lead to Senior Manager of Design in two years. Left behind frameworks, systems, and standards that kept working after the work was done.
