Familyhood
Full-scale event brand and creative system for a statewide training that brought together over 1,000 attendees and 54 organizations committed to strengthening family support systems across Oklahoma.
A conference at this scale, with 1,000 attendees, dozens of organizations, and multiple session formats, lives or dies on its creative infrastructure. Wayfinding, branding, digital presence, video, graphics, and interactive experiences all have to work together on the day of the event. One weak link shows.

Led the design and creative direction across the full event, including brand identity, graphic production, video, website, registration experience, and all on-site visual elements. Built a cohesive system that carried through from the first outreach email to the final session.
The event featured plenary sessions, TED Talk-style "Fam Talks," skill-building workshops, and a mosaic wall installation. Each format needed its own creative treatment while staying inside the same visual language. Designed for the range without losing the thread.
End-to-end production across strategic outreach, content development, registration management, logistics, and day-of execution. Creative and operational systems working in parallel, with neither one waiting on the other.
More than 1,000 attendees. 54 organizations. A first-of-its-kind statewide training for OKDHS staff, contractors, and partners serving vulnerable communities, delivered on time and on brand.
