ergo
UI/UX design system for an all-in-one program management platform built to handle funding oversight, training, reporting, and collaboration all under one roof. Enterprise software that brings modern product design to public service organizations.
Public Strategies was running complex, multi-stakeholder programs for state agencies and federal partners with no unified platform to hold it together. Funding, training, reporting, and collaboration were scattered. ergo needed to solve that operationally — and the product needed to look credible enough for government clients to trust it on day one.
Prove that enterprise software for public service can be as intuitive, elegant, and user-centered as the best products in the private sector.
Developed the UI/UX design system for the platform end to end. Designed for multiple user tiers — Command users overseeing funding and compliance, local entities managing day-to-day execution — each with controlled access calibrated to their role. Complex permission structures made to feel simple.
Developed the ergo brand visual language and design system that extends across the entire product experience. Clean, modern, and credible. A platform serving state agencies needed to reflect the same level of professionalism and trust as the programs it supports.
Designed the full feature set across six core modules: Collaboration, Data Management, Funding Oversight, Reporting, Resources, and Training. One visual system spanning every workflow — consistent enough to feel unified, flexible enough to serve programs as different as Familyhood, Work Ready Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Human Services.
A production platform actively serving multiple state and federally funded programs. ergo went from internal tool to a branded product with a public-facing web presence and a growing roster of clients.
