01 Challenge

AI products tend to rely on the demo, not a working solution. Agentech needed a system that respected the operator: clear inputs, legible outputs, real handoffs between agent and human. The early prototype was generating answers but losing teams in the middle.

02 Approach

We started from the workflows, then mapped where humans actually pause, decide, and override to design around those moments. Every action shows its reasoning, every output is editable, and the system never asks the user to trust it blindly.

04 Outcome
