This is the second movie for my Seasons and Moods series.
It was more experimental than anything else. All of the footage, except for the grass in the beginning, was shot with a reversed Canon 50mm 1.4. I was blown away with the results. Yes most of it is out of focus and abstract, but that's why I like it. I haven't seen any other experiments using a reversed lens.

This is the first short movie for my new series Seasons and Moods. The concept is really simple. All of the short movies will be 1 minute in length. They will be focused on one location and be based on a season and or mood. All of the shooting will be done in 30 minutes or less. Nothing mind blowing about it. It's just a way to create and share. If you know me, you know I have never been much of a blogger. I really want to blog more but I seem to always get side tracked or just never find the time. Recently I have been really motivated to do more personal work. I have been talking with a few people, some photgraphers and some not. We have been talking about personal work and wanting to post more of it. A few of them have been getting on to me a little bit because they know my photography background. They know I used to do a ton of landscape and fine art macro work. They have been teling me that it's a shame that nobody ever gets to see that work.
A few days ago I commented on something Nathan Presley had posted about having thousands of photos that nobody has ever seen. I was almost to the point in which I was going to start sharing some old and new personal work. After that comment and talking with a few people, I decided it was time to get something up. Who knows how long it will last. This series was completed several years ago. It is a macro series about water drops. I have posted a few here and there but I have never posted the series all together. At this point I still don't know what to do with it. All images are for sale. Contact me if you are interested.
